The review analyzes the monograph of A.N. The monograph provides a broad analysis of the results of many years of fundamental scientific research on the structure, content and legal novels of the Verdict on the main war criminals of the European axis countries, as well as scrupulously examines the legal theories and concepts of leading soviet and foreign legal scholars, normative legal acts, materials and documents for more than fifty years.
