- Abstract
The professional and educational choice, education and work motivation, professional and life plans are analyzed, the activity level of graduates in mastering their profession is assessed in the article basing on the results of a survey of graduate students of full-time departments of the Republic of Buryatia universities (2018). The results of the study showed an internal contradiction and a variety of attitudes, which have both positive and a negative impact on the professional growth of graduates.
