Abstract

With the usage of the high heuristic potential of the publication, written by a member of a farming family, candidate of philosophical sciences, overall problems of life and the specifics of everyday life of self-employed actors are demonstrated. The use of the factors of labor organization, sales of agricultural products, business and personal communication of farmers set out in the book leads to the conclusion about the viability of a rural family, which autonomously creates resources for its well-being. However, the process of replacing retiring heads of farms with young ones is characterized by many contradictions and uncertainties.
