Abstract

The article brings for ward a new concept of social informatics as a fteld of an integral and holistic scientific research, which helps to determine the precise place of informatics In the social development, the regularities of the coming of the information society and its humanistic character. The author formulates the main principles of the humanitarian studies of the processes of informatisation and the international security of the civilization.
