Шкала депрессии, тревоги и стресса (Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scales-21, DASS-21) является одним из наиболее распространенных инструментов для оценки психологического дистресса во всем мире. Целью настоящего исследования стала оценка психометрических свойств русскоязычной версии DASS-21. В исследовании приняли участие 1153 русскоязычных взрослых респондента в возрасте от 18 до 84 лет. Помимо русскоязычной версии DASS-21 участники исследования заполнили симптоматический опросник (Symptom Check List-90-Revised, SCL-90-R) и опросник качества жизни (Short Form Health Survey, SF-36). С помощью серии конфирматорных факторных анализов была получена бифакторная структура русскоязычной версии DASS-21, продемонстрировавшая полную инвариантность по полу и частичную — по возрасту респондентов. Показатели по русскоязычной версии DASS-21 оказались негативно связанными с показателями качества жизни по SF-36 и позитивно — с показателями психологического дистресса по SCL-90-R, что свидетельствует в пользу конвергентной валидности шкалы. Показатели α Кронбаха составили значения 0.90, 0.85 и 0.91 для шкал депрессии, тревоги и стресса, а также 0.95 для показателя общего психологического дистресса, что подтверждает внутреннюю надежность шкалы. Таким образом, русскоязычная версия DASS-21 валидна, надежна и может использоваться в качестве инструмента для скрининга и мониторинга психологического дистресса у русскоязычных респондентов.
