Abstract

An expression describing the General form of the criterion functional for a class of dynamic, time-homogeneous recursive models, called Bellman models, is given. It follows that when constructing models of economic development for this class, there are no other criteria other than the terminal criterion, the integral discount criterion, and the Maximin Rawls criterion.
