Abstract

The article is devoted to the assessment of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of waste’s collection and recycling. The article identifies topical problems of regulation that impede the successful implementation of the reform in the field of waste management in the Russia and impede the achievement of the goals of introducing the principles of a circular economy.
