- Abstract
The actualization of the processes of improving constitutional prescriptions determines the need to search for the theoretical foundations of constitutional reforms. In the article, the author analyzes the procedures for revising the Constitution of the Russian Federation as a whole or her individual parts in the aspect of retrospective and comparative legal analysis, which is contextually predetermined by studies of the legal nature of the constituent power as an independent constitutional legal institution.
