Abstract

The article examines the work of the constitutionalists of the Soviet and post-Soviet stages of Russia’s development. In addition, attention is drawn to the reaction of the special operation of Russian troops in Ukraine by prominent military and public figures of modern Russia. Special attention is paid to the statements of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin to the countries of the NATO alliance regarding the advance of the alliance’s troops to the east to the borders of the Russian Federation.
