- Abstract
The article analyzes the formation of the financial and legal Marxist ideology and the seizure of power in the country by the Bolsheviks in October 1917, the scrapping of the old financial apparatus and the construction of a new one, the introduction of “war communism” during the Civil War, the crisis of monetary circulation, the carrying out of the prodrazverstka, which was actually a tribute from the peasantry.
