- Abstract
The material is a review of the monograph by V.A. Kryazhkov and M.A. Mityukov “History of con-stitutional justice in Russia”, published as part of the general series “History of court and justice in Russia”. It is noted that the monograph is a fundamental scientific work, which, based on the analy-sis of a wide range of sources, explores the main stages in the history of constitutional justice, not only in organizational terms, but also in terms of the accumulation of knowledge about this institu-tion and their transformation into specific bills.
