- Abstract
The article discusses a number of ethical conflicts related to the imperfection of recognition and decision-making algorithmization technologies based on the experience of the USA, Russia and China. Special attention is paid to social risks and the institutionalization of algorithmic ethics. The role of the risks of using autonomous weapons, shock autonomous UAVs is emphasized (the Maven project, USA). Using the example of the conflict between the American researcher Timnit Gebru and the Google managers, the institutional risks of researchers are considered. Using the example of strikes by Gig workers of Chinese digital food delivery platforms, it is shown to what social risks business algorithms can lead to if the interests of workers are not taken into account.
