Аннотация

Актуальность дальнейшего наращивания сотрудничества в рамках форума БРИКС возросла после начала российской специальной военной операции на Украине. Однако объединение не может базироваться исключительно на продвижении китайских или российских интересов, равно как и на жёсткой антизападной платформе. Инициированные в его рамках проекты остро нуждаются в расширении потенциала. Это требует не только наращивания сотрудничества в рамках уже сложившихся взаимосвязей, но и привлечения к нему новых участников. Каждый из них обладает набором преимуществ и недостатков с точки зрения укрепления потенциала БРИКС. Поэтому важно не только определить вектор развития объединения, но и её приоритетные задачи. Дихотомия «функциональность-масштабность» будет и дальше сдерживать развитие БРИКС. Тем не менее, интерес к форуму со стороны развивающихся стран незападного мира сохранится.
