- Abstract
This paper is a review of a collective monograph edited by Vladimir Ruvinsky, professor and director of the Laboratory of Politics and International Relations at ICESI University (Colombia), and Victor Lazarevich Jeifetz, professor at St. Petersburg State University and editor-in-chief of the scientific journal «Latin America». This monograph was published by the world's leading publishing house Routledge and is obviously devoted to an extremely relevant and complex topic, the scientific understanding of which is essential for the possibility of building effective relations between Russia and the countries of Latin America in the future.
