Abstract

The article is devoted to impact of the energy crisis of 1973-1974 on the US-EEC relations. The author reveals complicated process of narrowing differences among allies, and comes to the conclusion on a salutary effect of the energy crisis in the long run, so far as it induced cooperation among the Atlantic society.
