- Abstract
- The article analyzes the family audience in the cultural and educational activities of museums in Western Siberia. The author outlines the main stages in the development of forms of working with the family in museums in the region, and gives socio-cultural characteristics of family visitors to the Museum. The author demonstrates the specifics of the family as an object of Museum-pedagogical activity, including the motivation for visiting the Museum by the family, shows the difference in preferences of children and adults, and reveals the peculiarities of perception of Museum information by families with children.
