- The article deals with the contemporary methodological approaches in comparative legal studies, functional and culturalogical – don’t comply with the condition of the relevancy of the grounds of comparison. Only comparable objects may be compared. That’s why the object of the comparative legal studies is national legal orders based on common system of principles.
