- Abstract
- The problems of protection of intellectual property, especially software from unauthorized copying in developing countries are analyzed. The task of identifi cation the features of intellectual activity as a special benefit, assess the extent of counterfeiting in the software and the comparative advantages of the various remedies – technical, legal, and moral values are considered. Different variants of these methods, the relationship between the protection of intellectual property are represented.
